Account Deletion Request
Information for Huellitapp users who wish to delete their account and the associated data.
1. How to request deletion
To request deletion of your Huellitapp account, send an email to:

In your message, include the email address you used to register your account in the application.
2. What data will be deleted
- User profile associated with the account.
- Pet records, reminders, and data uploaded by the user, unless there is a legal obligation or a legitimate technical need to retain part of the information.
3. What data may be retained
- Compliance with legal obligations.
- Prevention of fraud or abuse.
- Resolution of disputes or exercise of rights.
- Minimum technical security logs.
- Minimum information necessary to verify payments, subscriptions, or incidents associated with the service.
4. Processing timeframe
Huellitapp will attempt to process the request within a reasonable timeframe after receipt and validation.
5. Deletion from the app
If the application includes an internal account deletion option, you may use it directly from the profile, settings, or account section, depending on the available version.
6. Active subscriptions
Deleting the account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. The user must manage such cancellation directly through the corresponding payment platform, such as Google Play or the App Store.
