2. Purpose of the Service
Huellitapp is an application intended to facilitate the registration, organization, and consultation of information related to pets, including, among other things, profiles, history, checkups, vaccines, medications, reminders, notes, images, and other data entered by the user.
3. Scope of the Service
Huellitapp is a digital tool of an informational and organizational nature. The application does not provide medical, veterinary, diagnostic, or emergency services, nor does it replace the evaluation, treatment, or recommendations of competent professionals.
The availability of certain features may vary depending on the application version, the subscribed plan, the platform used, or the development status of the service.
4. Requirements for Use
- The user must use the application in accordance with the law, good faith, and these Terms and Conditions.
- The user declares that the information provided will be truthful, up to date, and sufficient for the use of the service.
- If the use of the app involves third-party data, the user declares that they have sufficient authorization to include it.
5. User Account and Security
Some features may require the creation of an account or the use of an authentication method, such as email or Google sign-in.
- The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials.
- The user is responsible for all activity carried out through their account, unless unauthorized use not attributable to the user is proven.
- Huellitapp may adopt additional verification or security measures when reasonably necessary.
6. Proper Use of the Application
The user agrees to use the application in accordance with applicable regulations and not to engage in activities that may affect the operation, security, or integrity of the application or third parties.
7. Permitted Use and Prohibitions
The user agrees not to:
- Use the application for unlawful, fraudulent purposes, or in ways contrary to morality, public order, or the rights of third parties.
- Introduce malicious code, attempt to breach security, interfere with the operation of the app, or access systems, accounts, or data without authorization.
- Copy, decompile, modify, distribute, sublicense, or exploit the application beyond the uses permitted by law or by written authorization from the owner.
- Use the application to distribute offensive, misleading, discriminatory, illegal content, or content that infringes the rights of third parties.
8. Information Entered by the User
The user is solely responsible for the data, documents, images, reminders, and other content uploaded to Huellitapp. The application works as a management and organization tool and therefore does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or validity of the content entered by the user.
9. User Responsibility
The user is solely responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, and updating of the data entered into the application, including information related to pets or third parties.
The user declares that they have the necessary authorizations to enter third-party data when applicable.
10. Veterinary Information Disclaimer
Huellitapp does not replace the evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, or guidance of a veterinarian or other competent professional. Any data, reminder, or record available in the app is for informational and organizational purposes only.
11. Intellectual Property
All rights to the application, including its software, design, structure, interface, logos, trademarks, texts, databases not provided by the user, and other protectable elements, belong to Huellitapp or their respective owners.
Use of the application does not transfer to the user any intellectual property rights other than the limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable right of personal use in accordance with these terms.
12. Service Availability
Huellitapp will seek to keep the application available and operational, but does not guarantee uninterrupted continuity, complete absence of errors, or compatibility with all devices, operating systems, or versions.
Huellitapp may carry out maintenance, updates, improvements, temporary suspensions, or functional changes when necessary.
13. Limitation of Liability
Use of the application is solely at the user’s own risk. Huellitapp does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or updating of the information entered, nor shall it be responsible for decisions made based on such information.
In no event shall Huellitapp be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the application, including, without limitation, data loss, record errors, technical failures, or improper use by the user.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huellitapp shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from connectivity failures, third-party services, operating systems, app stores, or external providers.
14. Privacy and Personal Data
The processing of the user’s personal data is governed by the Huellitapp Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

15. Monetization, Subscriptions, and Premium Features
Huellitapp may offer free features and premium paid features, including monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, or other access models.
Some application features may be limited, restricted, or blocked for free users, requiring the purchase of a paid plan to enable them.
Prices, plan features, and conditions may be modified at any time, informing users accordingly when applicable.
16. Renewals and Payments
Subscriptions may renew automatically according to the contracted period, unless the user cancels such renewal from their account on the corresponding platform, such as Google Play or the App Store.
Payments are managed by third parties, so Huellitapp does not store the user’s full financial information.
17. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be handled directly through the corresponding payment platform, according to its policies.
Huellitapp does not guarantee approval of refunds, as such processes are managed by third parties.
18. Service Status (MVP)
The user acknowledges that Huellitapp may be in an initial or continuous improvement stage (MVP), so some features may still be under development, may contain errors, may change in availability, or may be modified.
19. Suspension, Blocking, or Termination of Account
Huellitapp may suspend, limit, or terminate the user’s access when there are reasonable indications of misuse, breach of these terms, security risks, fraud, a request from a competent authority, or a serious technical need.

Huellitapp may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will be the one published at this same URL, indicating the date of the latest update. Continued use of the app after the publication of changes will imply acceptance of the updated version.
22. Changes to the Service
Huellitapp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the application in whole or in part at any time, with or without prior notice.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Chile, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights applicable under the relevant regulations.
